• What frequency do we work on?
We work on a four weekly cycle so can have 4 or 8 weeks we tend not to leave them any longer as takes extra time in cleaning. We can clean on a longer period but there will be an extra charge.
• Bad Weather
We try and clean your windows in good weather but being in England this is nearly impossible with the high volume of customers. We do come in light rain or showers but we do offer a 24 hour call back guarantee. If your unhappy with the clean due to rain if we seem fit will re-clean free of charge. We don’t come in heavy rain.
• Cancelling on the day
We have a very reliable service, we hope you return the favor. If we are turned away at the door you will be expected to pay in full as we can’t schedule anyone in your place at such short notice. This might affect us, in future being able to service your property.
• Ending our services

We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return the next working day to re clean your windows for free. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned.
All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company, as is required under the terms and conditions of the data protection act.
We have public liability insurance cover which covers us for all of our cleaning services. This is through Hiscox and covers us for up to £1millions pounds.
• Text message prior to clean
If you require a text the night before please make us aware, this might be so we can gain access to the rear of your property or you wish to leave the money out for your clean. Please only reply with any instructions for the cleaner.
